Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management
- 5+ years leading a sales team
- Experience in wholesale distribution an asset, ideally plumbing or HVAC
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled at recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong relationship builder with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strategic thinker with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
