Job Description
The company's mission is to solve fundamental challenges in AI and Robotics to enable future generations of intelligent machines. Research Scientists will focus on areas like Cognitive AI, Athletic AI, Organic Hardware Design, or Robot Ethics. The role involves advancing robotic systems, collaborating on publications, applying research to real-world problems, system design, and developing algorithms.
Requirements
- BS, MS or PhD in a robotics-relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in research and development
- Good grasp of state and world estimation, active control of dynamic systems, and planning/cognitive challenges
- Strong development skills with at least one programming language
- Experience with systems that have complex physical interaction (locomotion & grasping)
