Job Description
Robusta is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Design to lead UI/UX function across digital products, platforms, and client solutions.
Requirements
- Define, own, and evolve the UI/UX vision and strategy across all digital products and client solutions.
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UI/UX Designers.
- Establish, maintain, and govern design systems, UI standards, and UX guidelines.
- Act as the senior UI/UX authority in internal discussions and key client engagements when required.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
