Job Description
Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensure stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions. Act as Theeb’s subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processes.
Requirements
- Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions.
- Work with external partners and internal teams to deploy new modules and features.
- Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controls.
- Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse).
- Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimization.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements.
