Senior Salesforce Product Owner - Remote (8 months contract) - Octopus by RTG

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.

Requirements

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teams
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments
• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Define KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiatives
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
• Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies
