Requirements
- Design and develop in vitro diagnostic (IVD) assays, including troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity
- Work closely with bioinformatics scientists, wet lab scientists, and other stakeholders to implement and support tools and workflows for assay development
- Develop and maintain algorithms and internal tools that support the optimization and improvement of assay design processes
- Perform data analysis for assay validation, ensuring accuracy in interpretation and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
- Document research processes, findings, and results in detailed reports for internal review and regulatory compliance
- Provide training and guidance to team members on new tools, processes, and methodologies related to assay development
