Job Description
Join Roche, a company that values personal expression and open dialogue, to lead the value chain product team for Cell and Gene Therapy products. As a Value Chain Product Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end value chain readiness for upcoming clinical trials and commercial launches. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as experience in supply chain planning, matrix leadership, and complex cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, and/or sciences and/or supply chain is preferred.
- 12+ years (10+ years with Masters) of work experience in matrix leadership, clinical trial set-up, supply chain planning, and supporting systems (eg. SAP, scheduling, MRP, CGT Orchestration, etc.) in either a clinical or commercial environment.
- Experience with cell and gene therapy supply chain design and management in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus.
