Job Description
The Production Control Scheduler position is a highly visible role responsible for planning and scheduling activities. This position oversees daily production schedules and ensures that finished good inventory levels are managed properly.
Requirements
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer skills and ERP knowledge desired.
- Ability to learn customer systems and/or participate in customer system training with ability to retain knowledge and train others.
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Ability to understand and learn Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to deal comfortably with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
