Leiter globaler Einkauf (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Global Procurement Leader to manage strategic procurement and oversee operational implementation, leading an international team of around 20 employees.

Requirements

• Lead an international team of around 20 employees in a technical and disciplinary manner.
• Develop the strategic procurement strategy and oversee its operational implementation.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships worldwide.
• Continuously optimize global procurement structures and processes with a focus on a sustainable supplier structure.
• Conduct price and contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Hold a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with technical orientation, or a comparable course of study.
• Have at least 10-15 years of experience in strategic and operational procurement, preferably in the machinery industry or related industries.
• Have several years of leadership experience and high intercultural competence, including travel readiness.
• Be a strong communicator, possess diplomatic skills in supplier management, and have the necessary assertiveness.
• Speak German and English at C1 level.
