Requirements

• Diagnosis and treatment of patients in the context of the day clinic and PIA
• Psychiatric initial assessment, diagnosis, and planning and monitoring of pharmacotherapeutic strategies
• Individual patient-centered treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team
• Future-oriented therapy concepts with the management team
• Further education and supervision of assistant doctors
• Experience in an outpatient psychotherapeutic/psychiatric work environment
• Independent working style and decision-making competence
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Participation in professional networking and further education activities
• Core working hours of 8-16:30 for a good balance between work and private life
• Successive expansion of the PIA and day clinic for ideal conditions to bring in own therapy focuses
