Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Executive Search

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Executive Search to join our team at Rochus Mummert digital. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for independent mandate acquisition, customer project management, and developing customized search strategies. You will conduct multimodal interviews and select suitable candidates for top executive and middle management positions. We offer agile processes, digital toolbox, and flexible working models.

• Completed studies
• Several years of experience in executive search
• Sales strength and a stable network
• Very good German and English skills (C1)
• Communication strength on all hierarchical levels
