Job Description
Server role at Rock Creek Senior Living with a starting range of $15.00-$16.00 per hour, promoting a home-like environment for residents and team members. The role involves greeting residents, preparing for meal service, and maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
- Must be criminally cleared
