Assistant Area Supervisor-Full-time

Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Area Supervisor to support the Area Supervisor in managing janitorial operations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new employees, maintaining inventory, and addressing client concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or facility services with supervisory exposure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks (scheduling, reporting)
• Ability to perform physical duties and operate cleaning equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable Transportation
