Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Tech will maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of facility buildings and grounds through routine cleaning, machine operation, and repair tasks. Perform floor care, equipment handling, and facility setup while following safety procedures and supporting daily operational needs as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance/ Facility tech.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Hand-on experience with hand and electrical tools.
• Skilled in the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Current computer literacy is a must, including full proficiency in the use of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and a working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems a plus.
