Job Description
Rock West Composites, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in our Commercial segment to lead product/component programs with precision and guide projects through every stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and self-motivation, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. The salary range for this position falls within $90,000 to $135,000.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree in an engineering or materials science discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience
- Experience of establishing budgets and/or tracking expenditures and profit
- Experience in communicating with customers
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and processing methods
