Director, People

Rockbot is hiring a Director, People to architect and scale the systems that enable high performance in a distributed organization. The role reports to the VP, People and owns the infrastructure that drives clarity, accountability, development, and consequence management across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive HR / People experience
• Have built performance systems from the ground up
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and raising standards
• Data fluent - but not data dependent
• Calm under pressure
• Direct, clear, and fair
• Motivated by building infrastructure that lasts
• Experience operating in remote or distributed environments
