Intern in Recruiting and HR Development (m/f/d)

As an Intern in Recruiting and HR Development, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for various positions, plan and implement sourcing strategies, and provide a first-class candidate experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with flat hierarchies and a dynamic team of experienced tech entrepreneurs and investors.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational processes
• Passion for actively and passively hiring investment and tech positions
• Ability to work in a high-volume recruitment role with a 'can-do' attitude
• Excellent English communication skills (German a plus)
• Result-driven and proactive with a customer-oriented approach
