Senior Test Site Operations Engineer

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Test Site Operations Engineer to optimize test operations, conduct strategic planning, and align resources to priorities at our Stennis engine test facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating test planning, developing key performance measures, and identifying operational challenges to implement creative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering; or other technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience with rocket systems, test procedures and operations
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects within a rapidly evolving environment
