Rocket Lab is an end-to-end space company delivering responsive launch services, complete spacecraft design and manufacturing, payloads, satellite components, and more – all with the goal of opening access space. The Spacecraft Mechanical Engineer II - TS/SCI is responsible for developing high performance and lightweight satellite deployment systems, mechanisms, and satellite bus configurations for customers. You will support the Space Systems organization, with deliverables required for internal leadership, board of directors, and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering; or other engineering discipline
- 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Experience with CAD modeling and drawing
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- U.S citizenship required, due to program requirements
