Finance and Accounting Manager

The Finance & Accounting Manager is a dual-entity role responsible for the full accounting function of both Rocket Partners Philippines and Rocket Partners US. This person owns the end-to-end accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, payroll accounting, regulatory compliance, and cash management for both entities independently.

Requirements

• CPA license required
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Demonstrated experience managing the full accounting function for two or more entities simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory filings
• Familiarity with US accounting practices and coordination with US external CPAs and auditors
• Proficient in Xero and Gusto or similar US payroll platforms
• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial templates and manual payroll processing
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Strong communicator
