The Compensation Analyst (P3) is responsible for independently managing moderately complex projects and assignments within the compensation function. The position requires broad knowledge of compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business to achieve operational and strategic results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope.
- Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain compensation concepts to different teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
