Job Description
The Customer Solutions Engineer will provide technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions for customers' digital transformation, with a focus on mainframe modernization.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant technical experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Experience in complex IT project implementations, customizations, and maintenance
- Analytical mindset and ability to analyze test results and facilitate defect resolution
