Security Engineer III

As a Cyber Security Engineer with Rocket Software, you will implement, monitor, and manage security devices, equipment, controls, and technology to provide world class service to software development labs and internal departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with deep security technology management and operations
• Hands on experience with managing and operating end point security platforms, intrusion detection/protection, next generation firewalls, email security, forensic tools, IAM solutions SSO/MFA solutions and security logging and alerting systems
• Experience planning, researching, and developing security processes and procedures
• Experience working with secure networks, systems and applications
• Experience securing AI environments
• Knowledge of secure cloud practices and frameworks, specifically in AWS, Azure and GCP
• Knowledge of incident response and threat intelligence programs including table top exercise and red/blue/purple team engagements
• Experience providing user guidance, documentation, and consultation
• Knowledge of secure data architectures best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized
