Rocketship School Psychologists provide direct and indirect support to students, families, teachers, and school leaders to ensure high-quality programming and support for students with disabilities. The School Psychologist plays a critical role in supporting student success, maintaining compliance, strengthening intervention systems, and helping school teams create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license or applicable state credential.
- Master’s degree in School Psychology.
- Strong understanding of special education evaluation processes, IEP development, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with students, families, teachers, school leaders, and other staff members.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic school environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment that continues to grow and evolve.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between school sites, as needed.
