School Psychologist Intern

At Rocketship Public Schools, we believe in unleashing the potential of every student. We are seeking a School Psychologist Intern to provide direct and indirect support to students, families, and staff members to ensure high-quality programming for students with disabilities.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Masters and Credentialing Program for School Psychology (NASP highly preferred)
• Bilingual, Spanish (preferred)
• Experience working in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (highly preferred)
• Experience working with elementary-age students (preferred)
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities (learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, autism, etc.) (highly preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to Rocketship's special education inclusion model and overall mission to close the achievement gap within our lifetime.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive in a work environment that is still evolving
• Possession of a valid California driver's license (or applicable state equivalent): willingness to provide own transportation in conduct of work assignments
