Requirements

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via phone, video, text or email to address full range of service member needs
• Use structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements
• Coordinate warm handoffs with Contact Center Specialists and activate escalation protocols for safety concerns
