Rockland Trust’s Investment Management Group is seeking a highly collaborative, client-centric Portfolio Manager to join our growing wealth management team. This role is designed for an experienced investment professional who excels in serving high-net-worth individuals and families and values the impact of consistent, in-person engagement to build trust, deepen relationships, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary investment advisor for high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored portfolio strategies and ongoing investment guidance through regular in-person meetings.
• Lead and participate in client meetings—both independently and alongside Relationship Managers—with a strong emphasis on in-person portfolio reviews and relationship development.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with clients by maintaining a consistent on-site presence and proactively engaging in discussions around performance, goals, and market conditions.
