Category Sourcing Manager I or II

Rockline Industries is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager I or II to lead global category strategies, optimize supplier base, and secure best-net-value solutions for North American operations. The role involves developing and executing category strategies, leading supplier selection and performance, and driving innovation and market intelligence. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of strategic sourcing experience, deep knowledge of surfactants and specialty chemicals, and strong negotiation and cost modeling skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong negotiation, cost modeling, and market analysis skills
• Ability to evaluate supply sources, analyze pricing, and guide stakeholders in decision-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
