Community Coordinator, Creator Platform

We are looking for a passionate Community Coordinator to support our Creator Platform team, which includes the FiveM and RedM multiplayer modification platforms as well as the Cfx Marketplace. In this role, you will serve as the voice of our community to internal teams and help represent the project to our community, highlighting innovative projects within our ecosystem for recognition, providing sentiment analysis and feedback, and working in close collaboration with our global community of players, creators, and server owners to help advance and improve the FiveM and RedM platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years working in a player-facing community management, communications, or marketing role within the video game and digital entertainment industry
• Expertise in community management, actively listening to player feedback, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage and moderate online communities across multiple platforms, such as Discord and Reddit
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on community strategies and messaging
• Passion for fostering community engagement, with a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all community members
