Requirements

• Define and Drive Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Deep Customer and Market Understanding: Conduct extensive customer interviews, analyze market trends, and synthesize insights.
• Execution and Delivery: Write clear product specifications, collaborate with engineering team, and manage the sprint process.
• Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams, develop positioning and messaging materials, and participate in key customer meetings.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key product metrics, use data to monitor product performance, and inform future roadmap decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub for all product-related activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and finance.
