Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
- Strong ability to assess fit from a resume or LinkedIn profile alone
- Experience recruiting for US-based roles, with an understanding of US hiring standards
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control
- Comfortable working with AI tools and excited to help shape their development
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
