Job Description
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position available at Yucaipa Hills Post Acute, providing exceptional 24-hour care to residents while supporting and valuing staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred
- Strong understanding of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Active LVN/LPN license in the State of California
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Commitment to precision, professionalism, teamwork, and high standards of clinical practice
