Basic Operator (EN)

We are looking for a Basic Operator who will contribute to achieving our production targets in a dynamic production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. The position involves working with processing machines and ensuring that machines are optimally set up, products meet quality standards, and the workplace remains safe and tidy.

Requirements

• Completed education at least at MBO level 2 or willingness to have this level assessed
• Ambition to follow at least a VAPRO A training via our internal company school
• Experience as an operator and working in shifts
• Technical affinity, proactive attitude, quality- and safety-conscious, and a team player
• Good health and physical condition
• Possession of a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to work in a 3-, 4-, or 5-shift schedule
• Eagerness to learn, ambition, and curiosity
