Head of Product Management

We are looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our product management team and develop the product management strategy for ROCKWOOL Core Solutions. The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in product development and leadership in industrial manufacturing.

Requirements

• Management and development of the product management team
• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with the business strategy
• Define and steer portfolio tactics
• Create visibility on portfolio performance
• Ensure reporting and follow-up of portfolio KPIs
• Establish and lead Product Life Cycle Management processes
• Structure the Product Inquiry process
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain
• Digitalisation of product data
• Maintain alignment of the Product Hierarchy structure with Master Data
• Implement tools and processes to create relevant technical documents
• Ensure the Product Management team maintains a high level of technical expertise
• Lead the creation of technical content
• Ensure the consistency and quality of technical communication
• Support Sales and Marketing teams
• Work with internal experts
• Work with Innovation, Market Intelligence, Marketing & Communication and Technical Competence Centre colleagues
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager
• Work with Group Product Managers
• Maintain strong links with Sales teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic associations and external partners
• Participate in factory Quarterly Business Reviews
