Industrial Controls Technician

We are seeking an Industrial Controls Technician based in our Ranson Factory. The position is scheduled for Monday- Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm. The Industrial Controls Technician is responsible for providing PLC, electrical, and controls support for all plant equipment and facilities within budgeted costs.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent certification required.
• 5 years’ practical experience in continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment and with automated equipment required.
• Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)/Automation, specifically Siemens and Endress+Hauser instrumentation.
• Knowledge of ABB/Danfoss VFD drives, Lenze servo drives, motor control circuits, and industrial instrumentation.
• Proficiency with standard electrical instruments and Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of current Arc Flash regulatory requirements.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work safely and collaboratively in a team environment.
