The Inside Sales Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and developing the team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales objectives and quality standards. They will ensure the implementation and compliance with commercial processes, monitor performance indicators, and conduct periodic coaching to increase individual and team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position with proven experience in leading, managing, and developing sales teams or direct reports
- Advanced skills with corporate productivity tools and web presentation
- Experience working with MS Dynamics or a similar CRM
- Integrity, highly organized and analytical
- Negotiation skills, very good communication skills, initiative and flexibility, team player
- Advanced prioritization and planning skills
