The Team Lead for the SAP EWM Basis team will be responsible for building, managing and developing a high-performing team of 6 SAP Basis consultants based in Chennai.

Requirements

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 SAP Basis consultants
• Oversee and report on daily operations
• Collaborate closely with HR and other departments
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and integration of new team members
• Set clear goals, monitor KPI’s and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues
• Foster a culture of feedback, open communication and professional growth within the team
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support integration tasks between the Chennai team and the European SAP Basis team
