Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong analytical background with Lean / Black Belt / Six Sigma
• At least 3 years of experience with Lean manufacturing implementations
• Excellent assertive communication and influencing skills
• Proven experience in coaching and facilitating workshops
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
