Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in Roermond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent communication skills. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing correct salary processing, managing and optimizing HR and payroll systems, and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level, supplemented by the practice diploma salary administration (PDL); preferably VPS training
• At least 5 years of similar experience in the field of personnel and salary administration
• Good knowledge of MS Office. Excel advanced and knowledge of salary software (nmbrs) is a plus
• Good communication skills in both word and writing in Dutch and English
• Available for at least 24 hours a week (full-time also possible). Flexible day off negotiable
