Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Poznań, Poland, to join our Project Execution team. This role supports international CAPEX investment projects as well as highly complex R&D projects and requires travel to our global production sites approximately 60–80 days per year.

Requirements

• Technical degree, preferably in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing large engineering, intralogistics or construction projects, ideally in an international environment with strong project controls
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to separate delivery leadership from technical ownership; drives decisions without owning design
• Experience managing complex CAPEX investments and cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across organizational levels and cultures
• Strong financial understanding of project budgets, forecasting, and reporting
