Job Description
Join our Customer Service Team in Warsaw and work with our clients providing them with excellent support and service in completing their orders.
Requirements
- Very good English language proficiency (B2/C1)
- At least 2 years of experience in working in the Customer Service Department or Order Fulfillment Department
- Familiarity with the SAP program or a similar ERP program
- Data analysis skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- High communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly responding to emerging problems
- Punctuality and integrity
