ROCKWOOL is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to provide technical support to internal and external customers, facilitate, promote, and advise the use of ROCKWOOL products in a wide range of applications.
Requirements
- Provide technical product and application support via telephone, email, and in person
- Provide successful resolution to customer complaints and report/escalate severe concerns or issues
- Perform work in a high-volume technical call center environment
- Generate detailed and thorough records associated with phone and email support
- Attend and complete necessary training to maintain knowledge base
- Support the development of a fundamental understanding of technical matters within ROCKWOOL Business Development and Sales organizations
- Develop and support internal and external training programs
- Evaluate the impact on ROCKWOOL sales of ROCKWOOL Technical services
- Develop processes to monitor competitor performance
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with industry counterparts
- Provide input on near and long-term strategies and operational planning
- Ability to travel 20% throughout North America
