Specimen Processor/ Lab Accessioner

We are hiring a Specimen Processor/Lab Accessioner to support our new Austin, TX laboratory location. This is a true entry-level position for individuals who are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life science field. The role offers structured training and exposure to real-world clinical workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers, including data entry systems and spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Must be based near Austin, TX or able to reliably commute
• Willingness to work the assigned shift, including weekends if applicable
