Manager of Special Education Compliance (SY26/27)

Rocky Mountain Prep is a movement of educators committed to changing public education in Colorado by democratizing college access for historically marginalized students and families. The Manager of Special Education Compliance will monitor and audit IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs, lead network-wide systems, and provide training and coaching to staff on special education law, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree (any subject)
• Knowledge of and experience with Special Education laws, compliance indicators, IEP monitoring and auditing processes, policies, procedures, programming, and best practices.
• Current Colorado teaching license with a special education generalist (5-21) and/or special education specialist (5-21) endorsement(s)
• Pass a background check
• Demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
