Job Description
Rodan Energy is seeking a Marketing Manager - Digital to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on marketing technology, campaign performance, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Deep hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong email marketing skills, including segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and lifecycle automation
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO/GEO practices
