Requirements

• Mastery of one's profession
• Develop complete looks by combining textures, shaders, and lighting validation adapted to production needs
• Create or adjust textures to ensure visual and technical coherence of assets
• Produce validation renders (turntables, AOVs, benchmarks) to support daily reviews
• Finalize robust assets, ready for lighting, within established deadlines and standards
• Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure a smooth flow of assets
• Work in partnership with Lighting and Compositing to ensure the final rendering consistency
• Communicate clearly the technical needs related to textures and shading
• Participate actively in daily reviews and integrate feedback proactively
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows between texturing and lookdev
• Share knowledge on materials, shaders, and advanced techniques with the team
• Participate in the development of tools, templates, or practices facilitating production
