Compositing Supervisor

Rodeo FX is a high-end creative company offering services in visual effects, advertising, animation, and experiential. The Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in the artistic and technical integration of the shots delivered by the 2D team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a compositing supervisor within the visual effects industry
• Strong experience in team supervision or project management
• Excellent mastery of Nuke; knowledge of Flame is an asset
• Good understanding of Flow and VFX production pipelines
• Advanced skills in color, lighting, perspective, photography, and 2D/3D element integration
• Natural leadership with the ability to mentor teams with both rigor and empathy
• Strong communication skills, organizational sense, and resilience under pressure
• Strategic mindset with the ability to propose concrete and innovative solutions
