Job Description
We are looking for a CNC milling machine mechanic with specialization in turning technology to support our team at the Eschweiler location. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fanuc, OSP, and Siemens machines, as well as sound knowledge of CNC milling or turning machines.
Requirements
- Autonomous processing of workpieces using various manufacturing technologies
- Control of Fanuc, OSP, Siemens (turning technology) machines
- Operation, measurement, loading, and setting of machines and equipment
- Creation of new or adjustments to existing NC programs
- Detection of machine and equipment malfunctions, initiation of error correction
- Completed training as a milling or tool machine mechanic
- Sound knowledge of CNC milling or turning machines
- Safe handling of measurement and testing tools
- Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and responsible work in the team
