Job Description
RÖCHLING AUTOMOTIVE MÉXICO is seeking a Specialist System Application IT to provide 2nd-level support, manage server infrastructure, and execute SAP user management tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Client Administration
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in on-premise Active Directory Management
- Minimum 3 years supporting Office 365 desktop applications and user environments
- More than 3 years of experience in MDM administration and mobile device support
- At least 3 years of experience working with Service Management systems according to ITIL standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience with basic Cisco networking and Ascom telephone system knowledge (EUN specific)
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in automotive industry
