Job Description
The Automotive OEM Manager serves as Röhm's strategic ambassador to major automotive OEMs across North America, driving high-impact partnerships and shaping the future of our materials portfolio.
Requirements
- Build, deepen, and manage strategic relationships across assigned automotive OEMs and key Tier One suppliers
- Define and execute OEM strategiesâleading cross-functional, cross-regional teams to drive new product introductions, secure approvals, and win new programs
- Identify and develop new applications and business opportunities, guiding projects from concept through commercial launch at OEMs and their tiers
- Gather industry insights, analyze trends, and translate OEM needs into compelling business cases and product requirements
- Monitor competitive activity, deliver monthly performance reporting and KPIs, and manage travel, budget, and CRM documentation
